Jarred McGriff is an award-winning Director, Producer, and Entrepreneur based in Newark, New Jersey. In 2016, Jarred founded L2C Studios, an award-winning production company, and has since collaborated with brands such as Netflix, FOX, Mcdonald's, BET, TikTok, and STARZ. These projects have earned him a Webby Award and honorable mentions from the Webby and Shorty Awards, superseding brands like HBO, Comedy Central, and AMC. He's accomplished this while working full-time for Paramount Global. Since working for Paramount, he has helped launch multiple viral franchises such as BET's #RatetheBars & #FindingBET, accumulating millions of views online and on linear platforms like BET JAMS.

Jarred looks to combine his heart for storytelling with his love of technology. He has a true passion for collaboration and believes in the importance of providing opportunities to marginalized communities. He also serves as an in-house shortform DP, Producer, and Director at Paramount Global, supporting brands such as Showtime, BET, VH1, MTV, and Nickelodeon.

"When I founded L2C Studios in 2016, it was just a camera, a laptop, and myself. I had to fulfill every role within my business from inside my parent's basement. Though brutal, it was a fantastic learning experience. Today's productions are slightly different, with crews ranging from ten to one hundred crew members. While the growth is beautiful, I never want our productions to feel like an assembly line. I expect the same level of love, care, and attention to detail as if I were doing every role myself. So my focus shifted from creating the best product to making the best team, ensuring we're all aligned with how the best product looks. “
